Review: Good seat cushion - This is a good seat cushion. I have had my rower for over a year and have progressively increased my rowing sessions. Any workout over 15 minutes would cause soreness. This cushion allows me to row longer without any discomfort. Seems well made. Easy to attach and it stays in place. I would recommend it.

Bought a rowing machine for myself for Christmas and the seat is a hard polymer and can be a little tasking on the butt bones. I started looking for a compatible one, nothing for my particular equipment, and saw this, thought it would be suitable. What an amazing difference this makes!!!! Stress on the glutes and hip bones minimalized, posture slightly corrected, firm but very giving and quite comfortable. And the straps stay secured so there's no wiggling about. If you have an off-label rower with a hard seat, I give this a 11/10 recommendation.

**Q: What are the measurements?**
A: Dimensions are 9 1/4" x 13" x 3" - it perfectly fits on top of an erg seat. It can make long sessions much more enjoyable!

**Q: Will this fit other brand rowers like Sunny Health?**
A: Don't know about Sunny Health but it fit perfectly on my Stamina 1450.  Check the dimensions which are listed in another FAQ and compare it to your seat.

**Q: Has anyone tried this on a Stamina X air rower?  If yes, how did it fit?**
A: I have not

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very comfortable, but smells like you wouldn't believe

I don't regret buying this cushion. It has done wonders for my rowing routine. It attaches to the seat by two clips under the existing rowing seat and adds inches of comfortable cushion. It is a bit smaller than my rowers seat, but that hasn't been a problem. It is still relatively new, but I haven't had a problem with it slipping or sliding while in use. The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is due to the overwhelming smell. I know this type of foam puts out a strong odor when new and dissipates over time, but this one was particularly bad. As a person with scent allergies, I couldn't keep it in the house. I didn't notice the smell at all while it was still wrapped in its plastic packaging, but the second I cut into the plastic to remove it, the smell was so overpowering that I became sick. It took about a week to fully off-gas. As I said, I don't regret buying it, but I wish that I had known how bad the smell would be before hand so that I could have opened it outdoors and known in advance how long it would take to air out before I could use it. To be fair, my scent allergies are particularly bad, so others may not experience this level of problem with it.
