Bought this to use for sourdough but have used it for a few other things as well. It's fast and works well, the numbers are bigger and easy to read and the probe being longer makes it easier to use and to clean without getting the screen part wet. Super great value for the lower price. I also really like that the back is magnetized. I just stick it on my stove hood when I'm done.

This is a good thermometer. I purchased it to make homemade bread and it does a great job and seems to be very accurate. Good price as well.

Easy to use. Nice to have temperature guide on the back. The cover has an open end that allows for drying after washing. We bought multiple of these over the past couple of years, including for family members. The batteries seem to last a long time. Great device.
