Sauder Costa Large Hutch, Chalked Chestnut finish

We got this in conjunction with the Sauder 422976 Costa Executive Desk. It came with clear instructions but it isn't the easiest to put together and especially install on the desk because it's 100lbs. However, to Sauder's credit if you follow the instruction step-by-step you won't have any issues at all. There is a template you use to drill 3/16 holes in the desk on the left and right corners and I was worried about the template not matching up properly, but it matched EXACTLY which was a relief. Recommend putting a thick blanket on top of the desk so as to not scratch it if you need to rest it on the desk before aligning the holes up. The extra storage is useful and it looks great altogether.The only thing that I wasn't too happy about was the cross hatch work on the window. They aren't on by default but if you want them installed you stick them on with double-sided tape. The problem is that you can see the tape from the front so it looks cheap. I might find another way to put them on without having the tape. Other than that I definitely recommend it.

For the price and type of material it’s not bad. Probably would help if you had another person to help you, but I was able to build myself fine, just took longer. Some parts came a little beat up, but was intact for the most part.

This product is a great quality for the price. I needed to add some storage to my L-Desk by Sauder and this hutch was perfect. Make sure you have 2 people to lift this thing when you build it. All predrilled holes were perfectly aligned and the directions were clear and concise. I also like that I can fit 2- 27" monitors under the hutch to keep my desk space clear. I'd recommend this item to anyone looking to add beauty and stored to their sauder desk.

I love this hutch! Keep in mind this is only the top part - you have to purchase the bottom piece separately. It took awhile to put together but it was worth it. Very pretty color and I love that it has so many compartments and places to store things but still looks pretty. A main piece came broken and we contacted the company and they sent out a replacement part about a week later.

Love this desk! The quality is good (not cheap). It just fits perfect in this corner. Almost looks and feels like a built in! Highly recommend.
