Dwarf Gourami 1.5-2 Inches - Freshwater Live Tropical Fish

The dwarf gourami is a beautiful addition to an aquarium. They are active and easy to care for. They are a labyrinth fish, and have a special organ to take tiny gulps of oxygen. You have to have a few inches above the water line so they can get oxygen. You should not get more then one male unless you have a large tank and each can have their own "space". They are an awesome "feature fish". They only get 2-3 inches, so a 10 gallon tank will be sufficient, but a larger tank is recommended. The temp range for the dwarf gourami is 72-82 degrees. The pH 6-8. I would recommend the dwarf gourami as a beginner fish, or a beautiful addition to any aquarium. They are easy to care for, can tolerate a wide range of water conditions, and are bright and colorful. They are an excellent choice for a feature fish.

At first when my fish arrived, he appeared healthy and normal, and seemed to be packaged well. The very next day I noticed him to have a large white patch on his top fin. To keep my other fish separate because I didn’t know what this problem was, I put him (I said him but idk the sex for sure) in an isolation tank. After a couple of weeks of treatment, he seems to be getting much better and has his energy back and scales are growing back now. But if I had to do it again I would have just gone to the pet store and paid way less. I saw someone else on these reviews having an issue similar to mine and I should have paid more attention before purchasing.

This is the first time I ordered online. The fish traveled with some swordtails I ordered at the same time. They came in a safe Styrofoam package inside a box. The fish were bagged separately based on type. There was a warm pack included since they traveled in the winter to Ohio. The fish made it safely and in good health. Highly recommend.

2nd time ordering. Fish arrived well packed in insulated box. One type wasn't available and they had refunded immediately. One Tetra had issues at tail area and passed shortly after arrival but all others are healthy and happy and looking good in my community tank. Am looking at adding another tank and will be ordering from them again.

One of these was dead upon arrival the other one is still living and doing just great three months later

Started out well, arrived alive and now, 2 months later, it was belly up floating. All my other fish are great and the tests are all good. So, either I was sold an old fish or there w another issue with it. I should have known by how the seller basically gave me the run around when I was trying to find a female gourami. Glad they didn't find one. I will NEVER buy from this seller again. 27 bucks for a fish that lasted 2 months...beware.

I bought several dwarfs. they arrived in a sturdy outer box ana an inner Styrofoam covered box. each fish was bagged separately. Fish are colorful, sassy and strong swimmers. I will certainly be a repeat customer. strongest possible positive recommendation.
