Traxxas ! Do this from the factory!
Thank You RPM !! Geez, umm, close the cover and seal your gears from water/sand ?? What a great Idea. TRaxxas? Hullo?? Are you listening? Anyway, unless you have smooth,clean,mossy perfect trails you NEED this upgrade. The worst sound is sand/gravel fighting for space between your pinion and spur gears !! and with the stock Traxxas Gear cover you get a gaping hole right over the passenger side axle. yup, the perfect place to sling any possible crud right into your gear box! This Solves that, and you get a slipper clutch adjustment cover access hole, but you wont need it, because you already wound it all the way tight so you could do massive donuts. This is a must have. And RPM did it ! Thanks RPM !!

RPM Rocks! Be sure you get the re-engineered version of this cover, RPM part 8052, to accommodate the latest versions of Slash, Rustler, Bandit & Stampede 2wd; old version catches and does not fit as well

I said it once I said it before it's a Traxxas part all about money not good quality
Definitely better than what Traxxas put on their RCS it doesn't have a hole in it it's a very it's a closed cover why would you make a cover with a hole in it that's just so you would break your RC so you'd have to get more money to Traxxas sneaky

A proper gearbox cover!
A proper gear cover! I was disappointed that Traxxas had even designed a gearbox cover with a large opening for sand and debris to enter. Much better now!

I dig it, a bunch of my friends use it as well, Looks good and is not vented so it keeps out the crap.

Awesome fitment!
Fits great. Thinner than oem. Winter driving and keeps all the snow and water out. Looks a little better too! The plug is bigger and is much easier to pull off for clutch adjustments. Great buy!

Dimension parfaite fini le sable et la roche dans les gears. Les troues pour les vis sont un peux petit mais c'est correct.Traxxas slash 2wd lipo 2s 50c
