This is a good set of outdoor LED String Lights that also happen to have Tuya/Smartlife app connectivity. Everytime you buy a wireless product these days there is an app specific to that item or it's manufacturer. Before you know it, you have so many apps you can't remember what app is for what. The only work around is to find a company that makes just about everything so it can all connect into one app. Tuya or Smartlife apps,(basically the same app) can connect to most of them together for you since they specialize in these kinds of products. The outdoor feature of these lights is a very thin coating of some sort which so far have held up to the elements for me. You get what you pay for and if you want String Lights that will last forever outside, look into LED rope lights. Much thicker waterproofing but then again much more expensive... I recommend these Lights as it's my 2nd pair that I got to illuminate my driveway with any color I feel like with the touch of a button on the app. Also, these are WIFI so you can operate away from home unlike Bluetooth which you must be close to the receiver

I have seen all over the companies wanting thousands of dollars to put up LED lights here in South Dakota and then they stay up all year around. I took a chance on these and LOVE them! I have attached a video from November 28, 2022. My lights are programmed to come on through their app around 5 and off at 10. I have seen some say that they have to do them daily etc but that isn’t the case these are so easy! I have them up under trying to make sure they get as little moisture as possible. They have had 2 days of rain and I know moisture as gotten on them and I did have pictures of that but they were working without any issues so far. We have had below freezing weather but nothing super cold yet. I am so anxious to see how they last through the winter. I love being able to change the colors from my phone. I change my house to all purple in the mornings as the bus goes by and the school colors are purple and silver. I will see if I can write another review in a couple months once we've had a few storms!!! I bought a few too many boxes but didn't return any as others wanted them!

I ordered the first one with high hopes. It had faulty connections at the transformer. Returned it for the more expensive one. I noticed it is the SAME CHINESE COMPANY with a different name on Amazon. I will admit that the components were much better looking however the controller would not turn the lights on or off. I tried the switch on the side of the transformer and it would sometimes turn them off. The little booklet/instructions suggested the app. Well, the app is a third party that wants a ton of private info all just to control an LED light strip. I dont need a Chinese spy, or any spy in my phone on in my network with nearly free reign. I suffered a "man in the middle" attack a few years ago that tried to log into my investment accounts. Thanks to the two factor no harm was done. No thanks. You might get a good one and you might not.

Received the 100' LED strip promptly, the adhesive really sticks even to paver stone. The setup was very easy, and the App has options for setting the color or scene, or timers. Lights are brighter than others I've used. Colors are vibrant. Had an issue with a section of the strip and Customer Service was extremely helpful in sending out a replacement. The LED's are a little farther apart than others I've used, but the brightness makes up for that.

Temper your expectations. These are NOT the same as the ones I have mounted behind the big TV screens for mood and decorative effects. The lights are bright and can dim and make many colors. BUT, each light on the strip is not independent so ALL SHOW THE SAME COLOR AT A SAME TIME. They can not “run and chase.” ☹️

Overall they seem to be pretty good. They are extremely easy to put up and the adhesive seems to be of good quality, of course I cleaned the surface first. They are very bright and look great under my eve. Couple of downsides. I wish the app had more variety of options for the lights, and a schedule function to set and forget, not just a timer. The power cord is not very long at all for a roof application. The directions are very vague. I got the 100ft set and you can connect them in unison to make one long strand. The strip is able to be cut to length just only on the gold connection points. Overall happy so far, time will tell how they last and will update later.

I bought these to replace other led lights that turned out to not be waterproof at all! After taking these out of the package they were noticeably better quality. They were very easy to set up and sync to my Alexa account. It rained on the very next day quite hard and the lights still work beautifully. They have a very nice brightness and can dim and change all types of colors. They also sync to music and all!! I am very happy with my purchase overall.

There are 2 50ft strands that will span off a center power adapter. Once you have planned your power location, you simply remove the adhesive backing as you adhere the lights to the surface. The adhesive is very good! The area where the power meets also has a microphone that can be used to sync the lights with local music. You can also use the app to link the lights to music on your device (iphone/android). Integration with Alexa is seemless. The remote and phone app allow you to select numerous light effects with single or multi color functions. Highly recommended!

I was surprised in the quality of the LED and its as described.. great for outdoor garden usage.. I had order additional LED strip lights for indoor usage.. highly recommended.. Note: Softie seller is the best on the delivery since i received my package before schedule.. Thanks Softie.
