Purina ONE Chicken and Rice Formula Dry Dog Food - 40 lb. Bag

Both dogs can't wait to eat the Purina One brand and they have remained healthy and happy since they started on this brand. No upset stomachs, just happy pups. No water needed. They chow down on it dry.This stuff isn't cheap, but worth it for our dog's long term health. It comes highly recommend from friends and workers in the pet industry.

I first began the Subscribe & Save for this bag of dog food (the 41lb) back in November. I wanted to wait a while before I can give a proper review and recent circumstances prompted me to write this up. The quality in this dog food has really pleased me so far! I know there are horror stories in dog food reviews on Amazon sometimes, which is unfortunately a risk you take with online delivery, so I check each bag diligently before I ever feed it to my four dogs.All my bags have been relatively perfect, with no torn pieces before I get a chance to open it, any sign of tampering that I can find on them, or cosmetic damages. My dogs have never had an upset stomach or bad reaction to this food since I began feeding it, either, excluding my GSD/Mal, and that's only because we recently discovered he's allergic. We're currently eliminating food in his diet and went for a different Purina One brand, while we'll continue to get this kind for the other dogs. My vet said the most common allergy is chicken, so before we go nuts testing things, we're giving the Healthy Weight one to my Mal (he's also my service dog, so he needs to remain in shape anyway) instead. All my other dogs always wolf meals down and get excited when it's time for breakfast or supper. I used to read reviews about people saying their dogs danced and spun excitedly for this food, and I was dubious. My own dogs have always been good eaters, but I think Purina One brings out a whole different level! lol They really do get extremely hyped up when they see me get their bowls ready.I'm glad that I decided to take a chance on ordering this. I used to get my dog food from Walmart, where I'd pick up 50lb bags that seemed to disappear wayyyy too quickly, and I'd find myself having to get another bag too soon for my liking. With Purina One, I've found that somehow, it lasts surprisingly longer than those 50lb bags did, even though these are only 41lbs. I'm still feeding the same amount as before that is appropriate for their weight...but this lasts longer somehow. Getting their food from here is so much more convenient on several different fronts.Here's to hoping that Purina One doesn't do a 180 or change their formula somehow, and Amazon keeps up this good streak of on-time deliveries and neatly packaged food!

Appearance of the bag , it was not ripped or torn. As fresh as a bag of dog food seems to be. Doesn't give my dog diarrhea.

I adopted a dog from rescue and don't know what he ate but at first he wouldn't hardly eat Purnia ONE but now he eats it alot better and should be good for him.

Our 10-year-old fur babies favorite food! A great purchase and she is enjoying it. Great value for the money and will buy a good long time for us.
