I recently had an ACL surgery and buying this has helped me keep track of my extension and flexion degree

I purchased this product after my ACL surgery to ensure I was meeting my range of motion goals. It was easy to use and very accurate to what I was measuring at PT. This is a product you need if you are having a surgery or going through rehab to ensure your meeting your flexibility goals. Product held up well and is something I can use later or give to a friend who needs it. I would purchase again!

Works will but it is very difficult to use on yourself. Make sure you know the three reference points too otherwise it isn't accurate.
