I just received this polisher today and was pleasantly surprised by the overall quality of both the polisher and the accessories. I was pleasantly surprised by the balance and feel of the unit, it greatly exceeded my expectations. After charging the batteries, I used it for about an hour polishing out some light scratches on a window. It worked perfectly.

highly recommended. perfect for a hobbist or a guy that only does a few cars a month. batteries last pretty well too. speed copntrol is decent. decent power, and not too hard to control with lower vibrations. may want some different pads though

So I've had this for a year now and it still works good. The batteries last long enough and I've never had to wait for them to charge. It's perfect for getting around and tight spots where a 5 to 7-in polisher won't work. I only run it on medium power but I've never had it bogged down and it's real easy to control I've even dropped it three times and it's still in one piece

Works well for what it is. My only complaints are that the fully charged batteries don't have as long of a run time as I had hoped and it doesn't have a duel power option. Meaning, you can't plug it in and use it .... it only will run off of battery.

What a beast! Small, but mighty. I've only had it a week and have already put it to good use on wheels, trim, and other hard to reach areas.

Perfect! I wish the batteries actually lasted longer than they do but for small areas works great! I detail bikes and this actually helps me. I will have to get two more batteries though.

Excellent tool, but has already begun showing why it's not as expensive as the pro level units. This polisher comes with two batteries that will give you a realistic 45-55 minutes of continuous use, and that goes down slightly over time after about 10 recharge cycles. The polisher feels solid and functions really well, but it has already lost the lock-on position button and a few of the supplied pads kind of shreaded when using thicker compounds. I'd recommend it, but it wouldn't be my first choice due to a few issues with failing components.
