This is perfect for keeping water in the fridge. I fill it with tap water and put it in the fridge before bed, and in the morning the water tastes much better as the chlorine has dissipated, and obviously the water is nice and cold. If you want to remove all chlorine then leave for 24 hours, but I find overnight enough to remove all taste of it. (This tip was given by a food scientist friend - the chlorine honestly does go). The lid is perfect for this as if you leave it in the open/pour position, then the water is mostly covered but it leaves a small gap for the chlorine gas to escape. I find as long as I keep everything covered in the fridge, that the water doesn't absorb any fridge smells. Also because the jug is glass, you dont get any plastic smells either, which happened with the plastic fridge jugs I previously had.The jug is easy to clean- I have a few on the go in the fridge door (putting fresh ones in on the left), and clean them with soapy water once a week. You need a washing up brush to clean inside, as the jug is tall and narrow. The lid is a tiny bit awkward to remove sometimes as there's no ridges to grip, but it's not a huge problem, you just need dry hands.These jugs are perfect for the job. They easily fit in the fridge door, and have allowed me to switch from bottled spring water to much more eco-friendly, much cheaper tap water! Yay! They are sturdy and feel like they will last for years. A good purchase.

These jugs are exactly what I was looking for. They are sturdy, easy to clean and look good. I'm very happy with my purchase, and buying two together was good value. Would recommend.

This is a good little jug; I bought the classic design. It sits nicely in the fridge door and when in use pours perfectly with no drips. Just what I wanted. It is let down by the lid, hence only four stars. The lid is made from thin plastic which is very sharp and probably brittle. I’d be surprised if the plastic is food grade and BPA free. It’s a good jug though.

Not only did the Jugs drive a day early ( delivered by Amazon) but they were packaged really well.Before ordering I looked at the dimensions in the description. it stated 9 cm H x 24cm H. Which meant after measuring my fridge door shelf it was a snug fit at 9 cm after delivery I measured the jug again and the jugs measured 8 cm. I mention this as it may put some people off from ordering due to the size stated in the description, all in all they are very well made.

Sometimes difficult to find things for sllimmer fridge doors so this is great and excellent value for money.

A useful container for liquids that can be stored in the door shelf of a fridge. However, the glass is difficult to get properly clean and I had to order a eplacement when one cracked. I think the glass is too thick to withstand sudden changes in temperature.

Nice design on the jugs, use one for milk and the other for juice, only giving 4 stars because the lids can't be closed totally and the spout on the milk jug makes it dribble a little when pouring milk out but still nice product.

Nun es ist ein Glaskrug. Er passt auch gut in den Kühlschrank. Aber was ich zu beanstanden habe ist, dass man beim Ausgießen sehr vorsichtige sein muss, sonst geht die Hälfte daneben. Oder man legt unter das Glas ein Haushaltspapier.

Se sale el agua por todos los sitios menos por donde hay que salir, la tapa de plastico es de una inutilidad insultante, tengo que echar el agua en el vaso sin tapa, como una jarra normal, pero tampoco es muy efectiva.
