Quality Materials, Thoughtful Design, Clear Instructions, Great Result, Delighted Kids!
Just spent the weekend building this product. It is in fact 4 items - the bed, the bookcase, the drawer unit and the slide out desk. It is excellent. We love the colours which are pink, but not too pink, and white. The thinking that has gone into the modular design has also been carried into superb build quality and clear instructions that put a certain Swedish producer of flatpacks to shame! Every part is labelled and every type or screw/bolt/nut/dowel has a number so it's easy to work out what goes where. The holes are almost all predrilled and the connection all sit straight an flush. The product materials have a build quality that is really good and the way it's put together shouts quality. This is an excellent product. You will lose a weekend building it, but it will be worth it. I wholly recommend. It is a mammoth build. Make time and space for it. It won't be knocked together in half an hour. Give it the time it deserves.

Not a quick job!
I've read some of the reviews saying this is poor quality which is absolutely incorrect.I went off for the day with the kids and left the (very much NOT a DIY expert) with the bed and his screwdrivers. While I battled with two kids, a park, a picnic and some sunshine, little did I know what wonders and injuries were going on at home. He started at around 12:30pm. Unpacking the mountains of bits and putting them in some logical sense. "It's a big jigsaw" was the Whatsapp message I received while my daughter was tucking into her lunch.I returned home a few hours later having enjoyed some sunshine but well ready for a drink and relaxation. My undomesticated gentleman was awaiting my return with sweat pouring from him, a blue mist around him, surrounded by boxes and polystyrene flakes in the pinkest bedroom you've ever seen.I greeted him with love and stern instructions to get a move on. This was not received well.My 4 year old daughter awaiting her surprise eagerly, my wondrous man building, I sat down witha nice cuppa, not feeling any pain whatsoever. At 8:00pm, after copious amounts of coffee and "mummy, where's daddy?" comments, I tootled off to Tesco, my very tired little girl in tow, escaping the grunts and blue mist appearing to shroud the top of the landing outside my little girls bedroom. At 11:00pm, my very tired little munchkin got into my bed. Wondering why she was up so late and why daddy was still in her bedroom, growling and muttering. At this point I poked my head in and was instantly greeted by a sweaty, calloused, sore other half, still building this wonderful bed for our daughter gasping for air on a hot August day. It's lucky I'd fed it ice cream earlier in the day or heaven knows what I'd have walked in to. The bed, and accessories, were finally finished at 1:00am. With stories of how he balanced on one leg holding bits up while screwing other bits together, grunting about how many people should have put the bed together rather than his lonesome self. For over 12hrs.So I'd had a hard day and went to bed. Bed looks fab. Daughter loves it, think the other half did pretty well really. Might let him have a lay in!

What i was disappointed in is the right to return the product only ...
The product was complete and the quality is acceptable. There were a few scratches but all ok besides that.Arm yourself with patience and a lot of time. There are hundreds of pieces you need to put together. What i was disappointed in is the right to return the product only if you never attempted to mount it.

I am the flat pack queen!
Brilliant bed. Bought for 4 year old son who loves it. I decided in my infinite wisdom to get a head start and 'just put a few of the easy bits together'. 7 hours later, the bed was erected, my hands were killing me and I didn't have the energy to climb up and try it out. This was done with a four year old and one year old in tow, acting as unofficial lackeys - brown one next, no the other brown one, no the one that isn't silver. You get the idea. Maybe a two (grown up) person job, as suggested would have been better! But hey, I did it.It only has four stars because the draw in the pull out desk now sometimes comes adrift, probably due to the pulling out of the desk slowly moving the joins that little bit. Also, carefully consider 'bed changing day'. I imagine most people will position the bed with the far side against a wall. Changing the sheets is not easy; trying to tuck the top flat sheet under the mattress produces a number of expletives from an otherwise mild-mannered lady!

This product is useless.
The quality of the product is very bad. The book shelves and the drawer broke within two months of use. Would never buy this product again.

Superb Bed. Very impressed, buy with confidence.
I was very hesitant in buying a flat pack bed online, but can honestly say that I'm so glad we did. My daughter (9yo) absolutely loves it! She is high enough off the ground to enjoy sleeping in it, but not too high that my wife struggles to change the bed sheets (as opposed to my sons cabin bed). In the daytime, she has a little den behind the desk and drawers, with full access to the books on the bookcase, and a handy sized hole big enough for all of her teddys! The instructions were very clear on how to build it, the quality of the materials are very good, and the whole thing was very well packaged, even down to the screws and bolts being in their own labelled packs to assist with construction. I'm fairly adept to flat pack furniture, but the novice would have no trouble with this, although i would suggest a power screwdriver or drill to assist with the many screws! The bed has created so much space in her bedroom now, and my wife is a huge fan, because it has thus far helped to keep the floor clean and tidy.Buy this bed with confidence. Its only been up a couple of weeks, but cant see any reason that it wont last into her teens.
