The first one came with no lid, I reported it and got a new one (with a lid😅) the next day. Good customer service but be more careful when packaging and sending out deliveries please! Otherwise the product itself is great!

Great to use if growing dreads
Great for the scalp and for your hair. Good packing and easy to pour out although I tend to unscrew the top and pour that way. I have found that I could get the same product cheaper in big brand shops so shop around or buy here if needed.

Not for me sadly :(
I absolutely hate this product. It is heavy on my hair and makes it look greasy. It’s a shame as it smells lovely but for me personally it doesn’t work and I don’t find my hair benefiting from it. I recently had the red stripped from my hair so I was advised to use hair masks and a good quality leave in conditioner. This one was recommended. I can’t even run my fingers through it no matter how much or little I use. I also know that my hair has been through a lot so maybe this just isn’t the product for my needs.

Bon produit mais je trouve la texture légèrement trop lourde, trop épaisse donc je dilue avec un peu d'eau avant application. L'odeur est agréable. L'hydratation est moyenne.

I love the smell of this cream, makes me excited to use it. It gives my hair a natural shine and decreases frizziness. One thing could be better, the consistency of the cream. It is hard to get out of the bottle. Still worth it!

Super für trockenes und gelocktes Haar! Haare waren danach einfacher zu kämmen und stylen. Im handtuch trockenen haar angewendet und luftgetrocknet. Super leichtes gefühl der ansonsten stürrischen haare!
