Fablon FAB11764 45 cm x 2 m Roll Oriental, Blossom, Black

I've tried a few cheaper versions of Fablon but they tend to be thin and cost me more long term as they are nowhere near as durable. My parents have 10 year old Fablon on a door and it looks perfect, so I was delighted to see its still available. This design has a gloss not matte finish. It's opaque and easy to cut without tearing. Applying it was a bit fiddly but you can lift up and restick imperfect areas if you don't wait too long to do so. Genuinely wipe clean too.

Easy to use and as described, I used it to cover the inside of an old large glass cabinet to upcycle it for a bathroom cabinet. I used a plastic card to smooth out which worked much better than smoothing out by hand. The only problem was I couldnt match up the pattern like wallpaper but as it quite highly patterned and has shelves in front it wasn't noticeable. Really pleased as I managed to update without using paint which I personally don't think always works. Not quite as shiney as I thought it might be which is a good thing as it has the shine without looking like foil.

Loved the colour and how it looked

Used it to upcycle an old wardrobe and dresser. I found using a hot hair dryer after you have applied it, secures it more and gives a better finish.

Used this to cover part of my radiator cover after I had painted it. Good adhesive, has stayed put even with the heat so far. Also used it to cover a plain keybox I wanted to match.

I have not used it yetBut it is as a beautiful design. And I can't wait to use it on my Project
