My favorite small protein bars!!!! These are great snack sized bars and they are filling. They contain quinoa and other grains, and have a nice texture. The flavor is amazing, and has a hint of cinnamon. Perfect!!

I have trouble finding this flavor locally. They shipped it with some heavier things are they got pretty crunched. Tasted ok, just crumbly.

These have become my go-to bars for breakfast or a snack. They have 20 grams of protein which is an easy way to get the protein I need. And they taste great. The texture is soft and easy to eat. They are filling and keeps the hunger away. Great for so many uses: camping, sports events, vacation, etc. They are a good source of needed protein especially for elderly people. The value for this product is really good. They are more expensive at other stores and will free prime delivery, it's a good deal.

These are excellent snack bars -- no issue there. Amazon lately has shipped these types of food boxes in flimsy bags (seen under the box) and every single delivery of similar items has resulted in crushed boxes. Some of the bars also got crushed, so I'm ending up with a kind of granola. And, since it's food, it's not returnable. Hopefully Amazon will take notice and provide better packaging.
