simplifies things

It has been helpful, but to fit all that information on the card the print is small.

Nice little handy tool to keep on your desk. It does not specifically cover the specific criteria for diagnosing but more of a General or R/O tool. I use it frequently and feel it is a good investment for my therapy private practice.

Received with only a minor issue of a possible ink pen scratch on the first page, but it’s not really a bother. Otherwise, I like it and find it useful for my job. Not too big. Fits well enough to sit anywhere on your desk without taking up space. Could also fit a folder.

Perfect to quickly map the information you need. Very well explained and summarized.
