NU-X | Voodoo Vibe Mini Effect Pedal

Nice piece of kit. Both the vibe (think the sound of the Lesley Organs with rotating speakers) and the chorus work well, and blend in with other sounds. Smooth on/off operation with no clicks or pops.

Fifty years ago (where does the time go?), I saw the great singer songwriter Nils Lofgren in concert at Newcastle City Hall. Apart from incorporating a mini trampoline into his act, he also played guitar utilising a Leslie Cabinet. The Leslie was most synonymous with being paired with a Hammond organ - the speaker rotated, and added an interesting sonic texture. With guitar, it made Lofgren's guitar harmonics really chime, and also added a sound like crushed ice lollies. It was a real treat for the ears. This Nu-x nano pedal does a good job of replicating the Leslie sound, at a fraction of the price of the Real Thing. With three simple controls - speed, volume and intensity - you can dial in the Leslie sound to taste. There's also a small push button that swaps the Leslie sound for a Chorus type effect (the LED on the pedal changes colour from red to blue) - a useful sonic addition. My only criticism of the pedal - and a minor one at that- is that the control knobs, being small, mean that you can easily turn them too far in seeking the sound you're after. I own twelve Nu-x guitar pedals, and they share a commonality in that they are well-made, offer distinctive and high quality sounds, and are relatively inexpensive, but durable. This pedal would be a fine, space-saving addition to any guitarists range of effects. Buy with confidence- highly recommended.

Made well great sound think Robert troweler bridge of sighs

A small fairly cheap pedal with a few nice vibe sounds within it. In my rig it worked best with a clean rather than any overdriven sound, more Gilmour Shine On than Trower/Hendrix for the educated. 3.5 out of 10.

Another great sounding pedal from NU-X. Gives great Hendrix/Trower tones. Recommend!

This unit had some good reviews on Youtube. It's a great size, decent price and the Vibe setting is excellent. I rarely use the Chorus mode, it's perfectly functional, but the Vibe is where it's at.

Unbedingt kaufen!
