We have well water and its super hard. We have looked into a whole house filtration system but its so much that we dont have right now. I happen across this and for the price I figured I would give it a try because worst case its just a shower head with pretty beads. Well this exceeded our expectations. My husband said his skin has not felt this soft in years, my hair feels great. The pressure is amazing. We did have a slight problem with the flow change switch and I emailed the seller and within minutes I had a replacement on the way. We bought a different brand of a similar shower head for our kids bathroom and it turned out to just be a shower head with pretty beads so we have ordered a 2nd one for their bathroom.

I got two and we all love this shower. It is exactly as described, powerful water pressure that comes out soft and filtered. I noticed that my hair was so soft and manageable after the first use! I'm going to by another as a house warming gift for a loved one. This is a high quality product at a great price. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

These filtered handheld shower heads have been a great upgrade. Installation was quick and straightforward, and everything fit standard connections without any issues. Water pressure is excellent. I'll begin with the shower head itself--WOW!! Wonderful pressure and spray pattern. And, my hair and skin are so much healthier than they were before I began using this. I honestly didn't expect that sort of a difference. I wanted to filter out harmful chemicals from my water, but I didn't expect it to make a difference in my hair and skin. Again, WOW! My hair is softer and more lustrous than it has been in more than a decade. I LOVE this shower head. NOW, for the customer service--TRIPLE WOW! I damaged the shower head when I was installing it. It still worked but the performance was compromised. I sent an email to the address provided on the box insert asking to purchase the part I had damaged. I quickly heard back from their team, telling me that they would simply send me a brand new shower head FOR FREE. And it arrived in three days! I HIGHLY recommend this product and company!

The first few weeks, we all really enjoyed it. Cool design. We loved the gentle spray created by the super-fine holes in the shower-head. It feels quite different than the spray from most other shower-heads, very soothing. The main defect with this product is that, after a few weeks, the mineral stones (that serve as a filter/water softener) become prone to decomposing as the water races through and they bang against each other. They break down into a fine sand-like material that clogs the super-fine holes in the shower-head, causing the water to spray out all over the place. The less holes available for the water to spray out of, the greater the velocity of the water that sprays out of the remaining holes, which can be an unpleasant sensation. Then, to solve the problem, you have to remove the metal disc with the holes and wash out all the sand, which sometimes stays lodged in the holes making it a little more difficult to remove. You have to do it carefully so all the other parts (like the spring and 2 small balls) don't fall out and run down the drain, as almost happened to me. Once clean, it only lasts for a day or two and then it's back to spraying out at all angles again. That's way too much maintenance to have to deal with! That's why I'm going to just remove all the mineral stones and continue using the shower-head and I'm sure it will be fine even though it won't serve as a filter/water softener. However, people with hard water should probably avoid this product because (especially without the balls to soften the water) the super-fine holes are going to be far more prone to problems with clogging from hard, mineral rich water. If the product's sales team or manufacturers are reading this, I think the product has a lot of potential but encourage you to simply find a better, more durable material for the balls than what you're using now. (Maybe high-fired unglazed ceramic balls?) It would also be nice if one could remove the perforated metal plate without the risk of all the moving parts falling out. In the course of trying to figure out how to put the parts that fell out back together properly, I consulted the instructions and discovered that whoever drew the diagram only drew it will one ball instead of two, which made it slightly more challenging to figure out where it belonged for the different modes to work properly. Despite the various defects I've mentioned, I'm still giving this shower-head a 4-star rating because overall, I still like it better than most of the other shower-heads I've used and the price is fair.

My second one for another shower. Its spray patterns are soft and have great coverage. The on/off flow control on the head is very useful to lather up as well conserve water.

It is a great shower head.. However those little balls don't do anything but look pretty...we have bad well water and bought this shower head in October 2025...the photo is from March 2026

I ordered and I received a low quality shower head that cost 55 ep! Nothing relaed with what you see in the product picture...no hose, no water pressure botton in the head, nothing...just the simplest plastic low quality showr head with a few balls inside. THIS US A FRAUD AND I WILL BE WAITING FOR RECEIVING MY MONEY BACK
