I've been using these grinders for some time now and I have to say, they really perform. These grinders are built very sturdily and allow the user/owner to customize the size of the grain. I can tell these grinders are going to last for years. I love them! Awesome product!

I bought this set in 2022 to match my kitchen appliances. I do limited cooking and have used very seldomly. The pepper grinder has been refilled 3 or less times. I have replaced battery’s often due to limited use and keep in cabinets. I recently retuned home and haven’t used my kitchen since August 2023. I was shocked the pepper grinder didn’t work even after brand new batteries were added to both. I also removed Pepepercorna and used my air blower to clean gears to make sure it wasn’t jammed or broken. This is disappointing due to how much I’ve used this product. I’m not really sure what the issue is and expected better quality. The salt grinder still works and usage is the same. However salt grinder works better and has less issues than the other one. Battery replacement and light mode always works. Pepper has always been faulty since purchased in 2022. Also bought recommended products listed below purchase order to fill grinder’s with the same size and grind ratio of the machine as advertised. Ordered the same day as purchase and did not use anything else except those items I purchased from the website that was supposed to be made by the seller to be used with the purchase of this item. I am not sure what it was supposed to do but if I did not have the item in my possession it would’ve just been a waste of money. I don’t have the time or energy to get a picture taken and then have to go back and look and figure out what I need to do for it to be taken care of. If you want to call or email or text with any other questions or suggestions please feel welcome to reach out and I will be happy to answer them for your consideration as I will be sure that you will have a lot more answers for me in regards to this issue and I am very happy to have your help to assist me in any way possible I would appreciate if we could get a quick resolution to this issue for the time that I am currently working on this problem and I would appreciate that you would be willing to share the details of the process so I can get a more accurate picture of what you have to offer me as far as the cost and what I need for it to be a good deal for me to pay for that is what I want to get done and what I’m trying to get out of this situation. If you can give me the details of your order and my options to get the best deal possible for the customer to satisfaction with the product or service that I have received from the product that is currently not working for me and has not been a legitimate product for the past two years and I am very disappointed that this product has been not working on my end. Being in this situation is very frustrating because it seems like the customer is not able to get any more information about this product or how it’s going to work with other products or how they will handle the product or the products they sell to customers in order to make sure they get the right product or product for their product or services that will be successful for the product they sell to the consumer and not just for a specific brand or product that is not in use or for the product you are selling. This is not a good way of doing business and it is very difficult for people to understand what they are trying to achieve with their product and the way it operates and how they can achieve with the same results as their promised to when purchased from the same company as their original product is now being sold in the same market as it was before the original purchase was made by a affiliated retailer of the company which is currently in operation with the company which was the owner of this product which has been in production and has been in operation with other companies and is currently being used to make the product in the company which is currently being sold to other companies that have a very large market for customers that have been sold to us as part of our business and we were very impressed by the way that you’re representing your product as top rated and verified by the company you work with. If you’re going to make a profit off your products and not have any other business then I don’t want to make a big deal about you not wanting to do anything to resolve this situation and you don’t have a problem with it so I’m just going to keep you guys on my mind if you’re not interested in doing something else just don’t worry about me and don’t worry about it. I don’t care if you’re busy or if it’s not a good idea for you to take this feedback seriously. I’m tired of being so lazy and not being able to get a what I wanted and paid for when I have been doing so much for my life and it’s been really hard to keep up with everything that I’ve had to go through and I’m not sure how I can get to the same thing as I was supposed to.

These are the perfect size for my salt and pepper mills. Fits the Peugeot Duo Line Electric and Le Creuset small table size mills nicely. The space for each mill for a lot of other brands, including Peugeot's stands which don't have a handle, are much wider making them taking up more space than needed and looking ill-fitting. This one is simple, no-fuss. Branding isn't too obvious. It would've been nice to have silicone cups within each indent that can be taken out. I suspect the acrylic will scratch easily with the metal bodied mills I am using this with.

I like the design with a simple push button. However, it whines terribly as if it has no power. Fresh batteries are inserted. The grind adjuster doesn’t make a difference in the size of the pepper flakes. I would not recommend.

The grinders works superb and I couldn't be more happier with this new addition to my kitchen for cooking and baking. The material feels durable and sturdy and the motor is not loud. I purchased the red colored grinders and they are even more beautiful than I expected. The red is somewhat matt and will leave fingerprints if your fingers have lotion or oil on them while using the grinder. Of course just simply wipe after using. In terms of capacity, the reservoir holds approximately 3.5 to 4 tablespoons or .75oz of product. The grinder does not come with a rechargeable battery, so you'll need 4 AA batteries for each grinder. Tip before use: If you tend to wash items before using them, Do Not rinse the reservoir under water! Use a q-tip or rolled paper towel with a little water or vinegar to wipe the inside from any factory material residues. I made a big mistake by rinsing one grinder with water and my spices didn't grind. Instead it created clumps because the grinder still had moisture after I tried to air dry it overnight. I highly recommend upgrading your cooking experience with these easy to use grinders. Yes! Must have.

Replacing older units, these ones are great, and being stainless steel should not rust and be easy to clean.

The product was delivered late. And then I received defective product. Even the customer care team was not helpful. The scheduled pickup twice and every time the pickup would somehow get cancelled without any notice. I suggest everyone not to look at the good reviews, because I have received a bad product and don't rely on their service if you do receive a bad product.
