MAONO DGM20 USB Gaming Microphone for PC with Clear Voice & RGB Lighting

The mic is so pretty and the screen works well. The noise level it picks up is fantastic! It doesn't have to be up loud to have you be heard. The stand is very sturdy. We love it so much. Great for gaming with the adult kids.

I want to start by saying this isn’t the greatest microphone ever — if you want something for making YouTube videos or streaming, then invest in something better quality. But for playing games with friends? This is the perfect microphone! It picks up a lot of noise (including any background noise) and a very clear microphone. The pop filter works quite well. It’s a nice microphone and has a high-quality feel, and the design is quite nice. The pink is a very pale pink though; I was expecting a brighter colour. The LED’s are very bright but it comes with an option to turn it off too if that’s not your thing (there’s a lot of options for colours too). For me, it was as simple as plug-and-play. It’s got a mute button and light controls on the top, and a small red/green LED that signals whether it’s muted or not. On the bottom, it has a twisting volume control. Overall, a very easy to use microphone that’s a good quality for the price. If you’re looking for something to use while playing multiplayer games, I recommend this one!

Very pretty and has lasted me several years! I have bent this cord in so many different ways and there has been no shortage. I have moved three different times, and this bad boy has been tossed in every tote box imaginable and is still holding on strong. I am so grateful for this purchase and plan to buy another one soon. The pink and changing colors are so feminine and cute--i hate when tech companies and products neglect the female gaze, this is right up my alley, steady and cute. Sound quality is great. Price was great at the time of my purchase, i do not regret my decision. I make long form spiritual content on youtube, and this is a comfortable mic for me.

Really happy with this microphone. I use it for gaming and a bit of content creation, and the sound quality is a big step up from my headset mic. My voice comes through a lot clearer and less “tinny”, which makes a noticeable difference in calls and recordings. Setup was simple to basically plug and play via USB, and it worked straight away on my PC. I also like the RGB lighting because it looks good on my desk without being too distracting. It picks up my voice well without needing to sit right on top of it, and background noise hasn’t been an issue for me so far. The mute button is handy too, especially when I’m in calls. Overall, it’s a solid mic for the price and does exactly what I needed for gaming and streaming. Definitely a good upgrade from a basic headset mic.
