This one does not because it is not hydraulic. I recommend using a ratchet wrench, a short 3" extension, and a 22mm socket. Lifting the bike too quickly is risking damage to the motorcycle and injury to yourself. If you want to lift the motorcycle hydraulically, then purchase a lift that is specifically designed to use hydraulics.

Is it possible to simply lift the jack up and out of the caster frame and use the jack separately?

Can I connect a motor to power the crank?

you probably could but that's not a good idea, you're only using the jack to lift the motorcycle a minimal amount so just use a hand device, 1/2 in drive ratchet with the appropriate extension and socket
