Does this come with box and/or gift bag please?

You have the option at checkout to state it’s a gift, then the packaging comes with it. Hope this helps

Where is the hallmark on the charm? I cannot find it and thus cannot be sure that the piece is genuine! Any help would be appreciated.

I have no idea. I gave it as a gift and did not look.

Box disappointing

Really disappointed with the box. Had to use an old pandora box that I already had to give it to my fiancee. Charm is lovely though and she was very pleased.
