Faulty piece received
The pen is not working.. I was out of station and my house help had taken the delivery of the pen. When I came back, I checked the pen and found out that the piece is faulty. But period of replace is over. Can you do something about it.

Very good product the ink flows so smooth the drawback is it made of plastic.
I have already used it I am a repeated costumer but the only issue with it is the plastic breaks so ai have to buy a new one every 2 years or so there are metal options you can try those too.
