They do mention that many of the other options can be modified for gf. But selling it as a gf maker, I feel that’s cheating. Why not just make those recipes for us? The programs may be the same, but expected explicit ingredients would really help. If you are coeliac you will become expert, you have no choice, but for newly diagnosed, like me, I wanted something to ease the hill I have to climb, and feel the premium price point isn’t giving me that, which I expected it too. I still like it, so 4*, but I could easily say 3*, for what I feel is laziness by Panasonic, and slightly misleading marketing. First loaf of non-gf free was enjoyed by the family.
