Great product
It was great. Nothing like what Lowe’s offers. Tried to purchase from Lowe’s. The product was defective. It was a craftsman. The customer service was horrible. Buy this product from Amazon, won’t be disappointed. Love this product.

Excellent upgrade from my 18 year old Husqvarna Beast 2242
Bought the YTH1942 as an upgrade to my 18 year old Husqvarna YTH2242 that I bought new in 2006. The old orange Beast is still kicking and mowing like a champ still. But the transmission is slowing down and as a 76 yr. old lady, I needed a new Beast to make my life easier. I do my own yard work and really enjoy being out in the fresh air and sunshine. Read the manual, did the purge, and when I started it, it sounded terrible. BUT THAT WAS OWNER ERROR!! Two things changed between the 2242 and the 1942. The choke and the blade engage thingy. Missed the part about the symbols. Corrected my dumb mistake, and this baby smoothed out and purred like a kitten. Had to let a little air out of the back tires from shipping cause it was a little bouncy. THEN I mowed my yard and it was an incredible experience. Plenty of power, steering was a dream, and it handled my thick tall Texas grass and weeds easily and left my yard looking great. I LOVE MY NEW ORANGE BEAST PART DEUX!!!

well built
Has plenty of power . Very quiet . What I like best is that it has a well built transmission. Not one of those with the plastic transmission. It was green in color . Maybe Speedy Gonzalis down in Me e co will build a better mower for that company .

Poor assembly
It’s a riding mower: In the first hour of use a wheel fell off because a clip was not installed properly

Will not run
Just received the tractor today. Connected the battery, checked oil, checked spark plug and filled you gas. The tractor’s motor was not running properly and now will not start. What a waste of $2.6k
