Everything was as described. Great design and weight to the item. Very maneuverable and functional. More than enough massage head choices. Wide range of power/speed to meet every need. Quiet. Fast charge time. Good battery life on a charge. Comfortable in the hand. The results of using this item are life-changing for me, as I'm dealing with spinal stenosis and a spine fusion surgery that brought on some lower leg and feet neuropathy. The carry case is very nice, included, and convenient. Manual easy to understand. I can't imagine why anyone would pay more, or WHAT they'd get that'd justify a bigger investment in this level of massage gun. This one has it all. I called customer service to ask a question, (after hours) and got the voicemail. I didn't leave a message. Just hung up and was going to try in their indicated hours. But first thing in the morning THEY called ME, left a message AND texted ME asking what I need! And said that they're there for me to help! Wow! best customer service I've ever experienced. AND a lifetime warranty?!?!? These people are serious about their business. I'm a very satisfied customer. I definitely recommend this product and this company.

This Sonic Massager is amazing. I have not used one that has ever worked so amazingly well. Anyone that has muscle pain needs to get this. I used the highest level first, I had to turn it down to the lowest level. My husband can only handle the massager on his neck and back at mid level. This will be a game changer for us both. We'll done on durability and number of attachments with it.

I purchased the LifePro massage gun about 6 months ago. I am coming back to write a review after having such a great experience with their Customer Support team. I have several other massage equipment items, but this has clearly been the most useful and effective device. Unfortunately about a month ago the control panel screen began to come loose. I contacted LifePro’s customer support and they were OUTSTANDING. This company stands behind their product. Customer support team was very quick to respond; had a very “can do” approach and ended up sending me a replacement - all within a week. Based on my experience - the product is wonderful, the company is great and I would highly recommend them.

This product works like I expected, but unfortunately, it didn't fix the pain I have in under my right shoulder blade. With that said though, I will recommend the product. It functions as I expected and I'm confident that it will be helpful for sore muscles, I think it just can't get at my problem area. It hurts a little when used on bone, especially my spine, which my wife keeps hitting, but you get what you pay for. When I complain, she says "oops" and moves on. The battery lasts a long time and the only attachment I really like is the ball, but I'm sure there are good uses for all the other attachments if someone knows how best to use them.
