These are very tasty and nice to have on hand, would buy again !!

Flavorful and clean
This is a good quality dried shallot. No skins, evenly chopped and has the concentrated flavor you’d expect from a dried something. I wish they sold it in a bigger size. If you use these in lieu of chopping fresh shallots, it won’t last you long.

Good shallot flavor in convenient form
Love me some dried shallots for cooking. They bring a garlic like flavor that’s a little softer. This product is very convenient and taste great. It adds a pop to a dish. Otherwise be a bit bland. Flavor is good. Price is great!
