Washer is extremely loud, it shakes
I was looking forward to this purchase but it ended up being The Worst mistake buying this product! It comes in one piece, connected washer and dryer, it is huge, and bulky and installation was not easy When the washer is on, the entire unit shakes from bottom to top, moving the entire unit out of place. See the video I attached It shakes so much during the spinning cycle, that it damaged my wall despite the fact that is position on the flat ground and leveled And the noise is UNBEARABLE !!! I have incurred the cost beyond the price of this product, it damaged my wall LG I will never buy any of your products again

LG did not back this brand new defective product
The unit came defective. Spoke to LG a dozen time. They never were able yo help. Completely useless....
