Best meal replacement yet.
It was great and I think my favorite flavor yet of the Keto drinks . Delicious and nutritious. Will order more! I easily skipped a meal with this it was so filling. It blended perfectly with none stuck to the bottom of like other brands I’ve tried

Not a good experience, belched all night.
I belched the flavor of this shake all night. After examining the nutrition label, it's any ones guess which additive upset my digestion. So if your sensitive, this may not be for you. It tasted good though.

Taste is good ,use this for breakfast too change things up a bit,I'm glad that I'm able to make this the night before so it will be slightly thicker and taste even more flavorful. They are a little spendy, but every thing is, just depends on if you want to pay the price for it or not .
