What size should i get for my boyfriend he's 5'11 & 145lbs?

I got medium at 6' 155lbs It was a little short and the waist was a LITTLE tight, but that's how they're supposed to be for Muay Thai. So medium for actual sport, large for costumes/other things. Hope this helped
