Very effective
Very well made and sturdy. Easy to use and so much less painful than trying to break new shoes in. Used with a shoe stretching spray a couple of times a day and only turned the handle a 1/4 turn each time. Two pairs of shoes I was unable to wear are now comfortable. Highly recommended.

Ease of use
It went in my shoe easily but found I it very difficult to turn the wheel . Sprayed it with silicon and it worked better . However it’s doing the job of stretching the shoe lengthwise .

Shoe stretcher
For the money, this is a well made and sturdy tool. I have bought and used this on my wife’s shoes as she has a bunion that gives a problem. The operation and outcome with the bunion buttons supplied has been easy and a great success. The cedar wood also smells nice and fresh.

Really works but there should be 2!
I bought a pair of patent leather shoes good quality but they were hard and stiff and bit tight. The advertising bumf said you only need one! Yes maybe that is true but it has taken 3 and a half weeks to stretch one shoe and am only just starting on the second shoe. I would have been stuck if I needed them in a few days or a week. Sell two together please, they're perfect but slow! There is one other thing, the heel part is pretty hard to get in these classic style black leather patent lace up shoes. It's even harder to get the heel part out! But on the other hand it has done the job (well half the job anyway) 🤣

Well worth it
The stretches are excellent you can regulate little by little , seven pairs of shoes later all l had to do was buy these highly recommend this .

Didn't work as we expected from the description.
We could open it by only 5 or 6 millimetres as the handle wouldn't turn any more. I resorted to using the buttons on my 30 year old model which long ago lost its own. The heel bit was difficult to position as well. This was sadly useless and I shall be using my old one in future.
