iMethod Dual-Ended Eyebrow Pen for Natural-Looking Brows, Dark Brown

I am an older woman who rarely uses makeup other than some blush, but my eyebrows have become sparse and lighter as I've aged and I need a natural-looking gentle way to boost my eyebrows and fill in the bare spots. Once my old eyebrow pencil ran out and I realized the manufacturer didn't make it anymore, I took a leap of faith and tried this product. I first ordered the red-brown and was impressed by the ease of application and natural effect of the three brush end, and the fine brush at the other end for stroking single hairs to fill in for the missing ones was great, but the color was too dark for me. It also came with a separate brush which was high quality and worked well for preparing the brows for application. So I did what the package insert said and wrote to the customer service email listed on it and someone responded right away. They asked me to send a photo of my eyebrows and after showing me other color options to choose from they sent it to me without my having to return the first one. It arrived very fast and they stayed in contact to check if I received it and if it worked for me. The light brown is a perfect match and is the easiest and most natural-looking eyebrow solution I could ever have imagined. The customer service was like something from my mother's generation, a time when companies actually cared about their customers' experiences and worked to build loyalty. They definitely have mine! I will add that the color has great staying power. I'm very active and work outside and work out at the gym and sweat a lot and randomly wipe my brow with a bandana throughout the day. The color stays put until I wash it off intentionally with my regular facial cleansing routine or in the shower. It only takes a minute to reapply after a shower before I go out dancing. I only hope it lasts for a while before it runs out because I really love it! It suits my active lifestyle beautifully. Update: I wrote this review originally (but forgot to post it) in May and it is now August and even with almost daily use it is still lasting. I want to note that I asked if it was vegan and cruelty free, I didn't get a straight answer, just a photo of the ingredients on the back of the box. So I still don't know the answer to that. The company and I think, customer service is Chinese, so maybe it was lost in translation, I'm not sure. I will say that I have very very sensitive skin and only use fragrance and dye free products on my body as a general rule, and this product has not caused any kind of reaction whatsoever. I love it and will definitely buy it again went the time comes. I'm enjoying the light brown for daily wear and the brown for night time or when I want a little more dramatic effect, but both look very natural, which is so important to me.

First time using one of these type of eyebrow tools, but now I am never going back to a pencil. I first want to say that I purchased the Light Brown, and it isn't so light. It looks like the regular darker brown when it is on (hence the 4 stars). I love having the ability to easily place the color where I want it and fills in easily and creates a cleaner brow line. I had been using a template and powder-and I still spent so much time going back in and cleaning up the brow lines. No more. I will also say that it is like using a pen with a fine tip. I do seem to get little clumps of product build up when filling in the brow. I just use the brush that comes with the tool and I wipe off the tips. Also - LOVE that it is water resistant. Once you get them drawn and they dry, they stay. I even wake up the next morning with eyebrows still on. Thank YOU! I think this item is simply brilliant.

I need to practice a little more, but am happy with the results so far! This looks more natural than similar products and the color is not too dark so as to look fake.

It's highly pigmented and easy to use. But you need to be light-handed or too much product will come out and your eyebrows won't look realistic. However, after using it for months (just a few times a week) the color now comes out uneven and splotchy. For this price range you can get better. I recommend Loreal's Faux Brow Ultra Fine Double- Brush Tip Brow Filling Pen instead.

My eyebrows look thicker and stays all day. This is better than the pencils that pull hair.

I have tried many pencils and pens over the past couple of years, as my brows have thinned considerable with age. Most pencils tug and smudge. Most pens are gloppy and hard to use. This pen is different. First, it comes in several muted shades, so you can get the right color. I am a brunette, but have never had super-dark brows. I get the light brown and get a perfect match. If I want it to be a little bolder, I can just go over it again. Second, the product is the right consistency. It doesn't glop or come out too quickly. You get the right amount to do a nice job. Third, the double-ended pen is very handy. The fine point is SUPER-fine and you can really get your perimeter done nicely. The other end is forked and give a perfect, hairlike stroke. Sometimes this is the only end I use. Finally, it lasts ALL day and I mean it doesn't smudge or come off until you want to take it off. I suppose if I were out in a monsoon or went swimming, some of it might come off---but on a daily basis at work and going about my life, it stays on and looks good. 5 stars and I'm putting it on Subscribe and Save. (AND--the price is great!)

Need to practice first, on the back of your hand, if not used before. I have light brown/grey hair with patchy eyebrows - colour match very good in that it's not darker than my colour. Easy to clean off with make-up remover. I've not tested durability yet, so will update when worn for a day. Very pleased so far

I have had my eyebrows micro-bladed on and this pen works well to keep them looking well-defined and fresh. The micro-blading works great initially, but after time it begins to fade and the brows look a bit tired. This pen works great for keeping them looking well-groomed. I like that it has dual ends, the "forked" side with 3 prongs that make little groups of eyebrow hairs, but I prefer the single brush end, where I can draw individual eyebrow hairs to fill in or define my brows as needed. The pen came quickly and in perfect condition. I would highly recommend this product.
