Apple Pencil USB-C: Precision, Comfort, and Seamless Connectivity
The new Apple Pencil with USB-C is a game-changer! From the moment I picked it up, I could tell this was a well-crafted tool. The sleek, minimalist design feels perfectly balanced in my hand, making it comfortable to hold for extended periods without any discomfort. The matte finish offers a smooth yet grippy texture, giving me a secure hold, whether I'm sketching or taking notes. The USB-C charging port is a huge upgrade, making it so much easier to charge and connect with my other Apple devices. No more dealing with proprietary adapters or awkward connectors – just plug it in, and you're good to go. Performance-wise, the Apple Pencil is as precise and responsive as ever. Whether I'm drawing fine details or writing notes, the fluidity and accuracy are unmatched. Overall, this Apple Pencil feels like an essential upgrade for anyone who uses it regularly. It's comfortable, efficient, and beautifully designed, and it’s clear Apple has put a lot of thought into improving the experience for users. And the battery life on it it’s really good it lasts pretty long Highly recommend it!

Great for everyday iPad use
Great for everyday iPad use I bought the Apple Pencil USB-C mainly for taking notes and doing maths work on my iPad, and it has been excellent. It pairs easily, feels comfortable to use and the writing is accurate and responsive. It is particularly useful for handwritten notes, working through calculations and annotating documents. The USB-C charging is convenient, and I like the fact that it attaches magnetically to the side of the iPad for storage. The main downside is that it doesn't have some of the more advanced features found on the more expensive Apple Pencils, but for general note-taking and studying I don't think those features are essential. Overall, a very good stylus for the price and a worthwhile accessory if you regularly write or draw on an iPad.

I like it, I think the non usb one would be better though but this one still gets the job done

Solid entry-level stylus — just know what you're giving up
About five months in with the Apple Pencil USB-C and it's earned its place as my daily note-taking tool on iPad. The writing experience is genuinely good — precise, low-latency, and the pressure sensitivity handles handwriting and basic sketching without issue. Charging via the USB-C port on the iPad itself is inelegant but practical; you'll remember to plug it in before a session and it tops up quickly. Palm rejection works reliably, and the build quality is typically Apple: solid, no flex, feels premium in the hand. That said, be clear on what the USB-C model doesn't have before buying. There's no hover detection, no double-tap to switch tools, no squeeze gesture, and no Find My support. If you're primarily using this for note-taking and annotation, those omissions genuinely won't matter — the core writing experience is essentially the same across the Pencil range. But if you want the full pro feature set, the Pencil Pro is the only option. A couple of criticisms I've seen that ring true: there can be a slight drift between the tip and cursor position near the screen edges, and if you leave it unused for several days it sometimes needs a manual reconnect rather than pairing automatically. Minor niggles, not dealbreakers. For students, professionals taking handwritten notes, or anyone who annotates documents regularly — this is the sensible buy. Excellent if you understand its scope; only disappointing if you expected Pro-level features at half the price.

Works like a dream
Okay so after I gave this a one star I figured out what I was doing wrong... So bought a new iPad air with the pencil and it states to put the pencil on the magnetic side of your iPad to pair... Now on doing this it did not work what so ever... Tried turning the iPad off... Bluetooth on and off and nothing... What I did not realize was if you connect the pencil to the iPad via charging cable it pairs up straight away... So it could be that the negative reviews did not try this... Make sure the pencil and iPad are both fully charged on doing this... So remember one Cable end in the pencil and the other end in iPad and presto it connects like a dream and works perfectly... Once paired just take the Cable out and your good to go...

wonderful accessory for iPad
I had been using a cheaper third-party iPad stylo for over 5 years because I thought that it would be just similar to Apple Pencil on perspective of function. I just started to use Apple Pencil for a few days. My experience of using iPad has been improved significantly. It is much responsive and accurate. Even if I mostly use the Apple Pencil for clicking and scrolling rather than writing, I free myself from the lagging time of using a third-party stylo. I didn’t believe that such a small change would alter the experience of using iPad so much, but it is. I just don’t know how durable it would be since I have been using it for a short period only.
