Amazing energy efficient water heater!
Arrive double box in perfect condition !! This is a great unit, set up was super easy. Replaced an older Rinnai this new model is like 20 pounds lighter. The older unit developed a leak after 15 years (probably my hard water) and the authorize repair center wanted almost as much as a new one to repair so I got this one. I was able to use the original concentric vent so I was happy about that. This model I installed was without the recirculating pump. I don’t mind waiting just a couple of minutes for hot water the recirculation kind of defeats the purpose of not using energy until you need it!! One note about my installation is I have a glitchy power grid so I have a UPS connected to mine to protect it from surges and momentary power losses. Even though it’s gas fed when you lose power no more hot water!

Hot water when you need it.
Best of the best! Don't keep shopping. We bought this unit twice, and we'd readily buy a third one. You need to understand the physics, so you don't mind waiting on the hot water to hit the spigot. It's a moment longer that the tank water heaters, but the wait is worth the savings and the consistency.

We have five bathrooms and it works great for all of them. It does take a couple minutes to get the hot water but once it comes it's never ending

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM HORRIBLE SERVICE
DO NOT BUY THEY LIE. I purchased this had a plumber. Come out to install it. He asked what temperature I said 120. Thinking that would be warm enough. It wasn’t warm enough. So I attempted to raise the temperature. There is instructions in the manual. I tried those they don’t work. So I attempted to contact Customer Service. For Tech Support you have to go online. And the only Tech Support they’ll give you is call a plumber. They did send me a video on how to do it. It doesn’t work and I can’t get one person from there to call me. They are horrible. Amazon is giving me $500 back and I gotta keep the product so I can spend that $500 to call the plumber out again to spend five minutes And change the temperature. Horrible horrible company do not buy from them. They are terrible.

So far, so good. Install was simple and straight forward. It takes some getting used to compared to a tanked model but it provides even temp every time.
