Excellent device, support was slow but eventually effective.
I purchased this for my parents, who had upgraded to USB-C phones and yet still had a lighting device, but all could wireless charge. It worked great, briefly, but eventually developed what is assumed to be an electrical fault. Mom contacted support and seriously got a runaround for weeks, where they kept asking for photo and video confirmation she wasn’t using it incorrectly. Amazing (bad). Eventually they did agree to replace the unit. The replacement has worked flawlessly since.

Super Handy for My Work Setup!
I use this in my office and it’s been a game changer. I have two phones for work, and this charger handles them like a pro. The magnetic hold is strong, charging is fast, and it looks sleek on my desk. It keeps everything in one place and reduces clutter, which I love. My only wish is that it tilted—it would be perfect for video calls or checking notifications without picking up the phone. Still, it works great as-is and I’d absolutely buy it again!

This charger has a sleek, modern design that fits perfectly in both home and office settings. The magnets are impressively strong, and it delivers a solid charging speed under normal use. However, performance does dip noticeably when charging multiple phones at once. We've placed them in our conference rooms, and both employees and visitors really enjoy using them.

Works with Pixel
Works well with Pixel 10 Pro. The only thing I would have liked is a status indicator that would indicate when it's done charging. Otherwise the Pixel attached easily and charged at a decent rate.

Premium product! Today I was returning a China charger, without a magnetic, I bought this product SWANS OUT WIRELESS CHARGER... THIS charger is really good! Total premium product!

Don't Buy. No support after stopped working in 3 months
The customer support is the worst I have ever dealt with when you have a product issue. It stopped charging in 3 months. I reached out to SwanScout via email. The CS representative wanted several pieces of information, pictures and video. I was able to send everything except the video and mentioned that missing piece. She responded by saying she still needed the video not once but 3 times even though the picture shows it plugged in and the phone not charging on their stand. Also, if they send me a replacement device which is a big if. They want me to send back the original device at my expense. I am surprised that Amazon is letting someone sell product on their site with this horrible support.
