Yogurt Parfait Cups

These Freshmage Yogurt Parfait Cups are a game-changer for my meal prep! I use them for overnight oats, and they work perfectly. The main compartment holds my oats, yogurt, and fruit, while the separate top section keeps my granola or nuts fresh and crunchy until I’m ready to eat. The lids seal tightly, so there are no leaks, even when I take them on the go. The size is just right—not too big but enough for a filling breakfast. Plus, they’re easy to clean and reusable, which is a huge plus. If you love prepping overnight oats or yogurt parfaits, I highly recommend these! They make mornings so much easier.

These cups are the perfect size for prepping yogurt parfaits. I usually don't have a lot of time or energy to make breakfast at 5am so I need something to just grab and go. A couple scoops of yogurt in the bottom and some granola in the top section really save me a lot of time and effort. I usually prep 4 of them at the beginning of the week with just the yogurt/granola, and then in the morning I grab one out of the fridge, toss a handful of fruit on top of the yogurt, and shove it in my work bag. The included spoon is great so I'm not rummaging around looking for a utensil at work or trying to slurp the yogurt straight out of the cup like a gremlin. They stand up well in the dishwasher (at least on the top shelf) and they're pretty durable when it comes to an accidental drop on the floor. Definitely better than disposable parfait cups, and not too expensive. 4 is the ideal number for me, but if I needed more I'd definitely get another pack.

Love these! Perfect for my kiddos breakfast she prefers to bring to school. We keep granola and fruit on the top, and she can easily pour it into her yogurt. I wish they were a little smaller, just because it’s a pretty big cup for yogurt but easy to clean and the compact spoon is exactly what we need.

Eru nice and great size. It is easy to use and durable. The spoon is not sturdy and it only stores inward which makes it come in contact with the content. I don’t use the spoon for that reason. Perfect size amd separates fruits from yogurt or toppings. It is leak proof and seals well.

Perfect size yogurt parfait cups, to throw in my lunchbox and take to work. Thick plastic and screw on cap makes them leak proof , for yogurt anyway Now my husband likes them so I’m gonna have to order more.

These yogurt parfait cups are perfect for meal prep and taking breakfast or snacks on the go!

Nice but 1 use and spoon broke

Perfect size. They work well making overnight oats. Easy to use for making the meals. I do question how leak proof it may be transporting in a lunch bag if it was a straight liquid such as milk but, semi liquids like yogurt you are fine. It comes with a reusable spoon but its on the inside the cup but that spoon will be covered in the meal if you don't hold the cup straight around all times. Would still recommend.
