AMAZING
I am an Amazon freak and I buy EVERYTHING on amazon and I rarely rate products but this one deserves it! This balsamic is AMAZING!! I LOVE IT! I am a vinegar snob and always looking for new ones to spruce up my recipes (mainly salad dressing). I used this mixed with olive oil, agave, salt and pepper and mixed with greens, cut strawberries, blueberries, red onions, blue cheese and candied walnuts and OMG!! Best salad ever! I think I will try it with arugula next time!

No Cherry Fruit
Hmm, when I got the package, the 2 bottles were labeled differently than Terra Verde. They said Texas Hill Country, no Terra Verde anywhere. So, I wondered if they were old or new? Either way, not what was advertised. Next, there is no cherry in the balsamic vinegar. It's all grape, with Natural Flavor. So I feel deceived even before I taste it. I bought one bottle as a gift, the other for me.Flavor wise, it's thick and not very vinegary and reminds me of cherry cough syrup although I am feeling grumpy about the packaging and ingredients. It's not bad and I'll use it up but won't buy it again.

If you like lemon flavor at all you will love this lemon vinegar.
Found this at small local farmers market last summer and have been using it in salads for well over a year. My husband who is a very picky eater absolutely loves this vinegar. When matched with olive oil it is the perfect salad dressing. The first time my family needed more, I drove the back roads to find the actual facility where their olives are grown and the product is produced in Central Texas. Now I can order from the comfort of my home! I order two at a time for my family in both Texas and Nashville with ease.

Lose Weight with DELICIOUS Lemon Balsamic
We live near Dripping, and my sister had picked up a bottle of the Lemon Balsamic.I was too lazy to drive out to their olive farm, so I bought mine here on Amz.I use this on:Saladssauteed SpinachSandwichesWaterHere's the thing... by using this on salads (as opposed to high calorie salad dressings) you can't help but lose weight. Think about it, it's the salad dressing that typically adds calories to your salad.Once you get one bottle, I guarantee, it'll be a staple in your cabinet.I LOVE it!!:)

Meh! You can do far better for the price!
I've used and enjoyed a wide range of balsamic vinegars for two decades. This product was not enjoyable, and it's use is limited, if you like true balsamic vinegar. This is a white balsamic that is very vinegary but limited in it's peachiness. Most sadly, its unduly vinegary nature and lack of body suggests little in the way of true aging and more in the way of clever gimmicks to create a balsamicISH product for low prices that sells at the price of good balsamics. If you don't know balsamic from apple cider vinegar, then this may be a treat for you. Otherwise, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.UPDATE: On a positive note, this company pays attention to feedback given and sent me a refund. Kudos to them for being on the ball!

Tasty Tasty
I recently purchased the wild cherry balsalmic hoping it would be as good as the brand I just used up...it was...an even better. I drizzle it on almost everything. Great on vegetables or a fresh tomatoe! I reduced one of the bottles into a thicker glaze and it's really yummy!

Sooo good!
I love cooking with this vinegar. My favorite way is to pour just enough to cover the bottom of a baking dish, add boneless chicken thighs and sprinkle the chicken with some zesty Italian seasoning and bake. Goes so well with a simple side of spaghetti with garlic and oil.

Light, sweet and amazzing
I used to be able to purchase white lemon balsamic vinegar here in AZ. The company has gone out of business and I've been searching...finally, found a brand that pleases as much. Let my adult son taste a tad on a spoon and told him my sister drank it in a shot glass. Before tasting he wrinkled his nose - vinegar straight??? Then he tasted it and smiled and said he could see why she did. Smooth, sweet/tart, has a refreshing taste.
