I’ve used the washing machine only a couple of times so far, and it’s working well. It’s easy to use, and the wash quality is good. Too early to judge long-term performance, but so far, so good.

overall it’s a premium, feature-rich washing machine that delivers excellent performance for a family of 3–4 members.

Washing machine is good and we are satisfied with performance. Exchange for old washing machine process is not fair. The person who came for exchange process is not good, collected more money without bill. Installation process also expensive, they collected amount for stabilizer, water purifier and cleaning powder. Overall expensive I feel. Washing machine purchased on EMI, but these accessories costs 10,000/-.

Value for money installation done on time

I bought this washing machine recently and it has been amazing so far. The wash quality is excellent, it runs quietly, and the controls are very user-friendly. It saves time and water, and my clothes come out fresh, soft and clean. I love it. Amazon serves the best as always :)

After a quick delivery next day Technician visited, installed and demonstrate the product and very quickly installed the eco crystal filter after removing the package even not allowing me to read and see the package same has done with Stand. Product review: It vibrate and make a lot of noise. Not sure how it could behave after 3-6 month. Just start using it for a week now. 1. Negative : They Sold stand costing 1900 which is basically marketed by IFB and same is available at market 1400-1500. 2. negative: Sold descaler powder costing 1850 Rs saying it is not available in market and only we can supply it. Which in market cost and purchased later in 210 rs price. 3. Negative: sold eco crsytal filter for hard water at 1800 Rs saying not available in market and only we can supply . Market it is available in just 560 Rs. Now I actually got into the trapped after purchasing 36000 Rs machine thought don't wants to miss anything from my part that could cost me later. So I paid 5600 Rs. For this three things which are available only at 1400+210+560= 2170. Why I got trapped because technician furnished wrong information that this product are manufactured by IFB and only available by IFB service centre. But this are only marketed by IFB CLEARLY ONE CAN SEE THE packaging. So actually technical/ service team is doing fraud. Secondly I am calling IFB customer care number , mailing them but no one actually gives response. The service center are the worst at Bhopal and people their are very unprofessional and have rude behaviour. I must say one should first review the Service center because in case of problem not dealer/Amazon but service center and Brand Company should have to take ownership which in case IFB is not present. I only say I am trapped and had lost 5600 rs. Pls don't get trapped after reading this. Second IFB is brand but it is not capable to work on providing better professional service center and care services. So my investment of 36000 is again trapped if the maching will have any severe problem. My recommendation go with Bosch if u r investing 20000+ on front load only reviewing it's service center .
