This drink tastes so good. Sometimes you will get a bag that is hard to mix into your water BUT that is not very often. When you get the perfect bag, they mix so well. I drink this every night before bed and helps relaxes me and helps me fall asleep. It does help with bloating and makes me feel so good the next morning. It has helped me be more relaxed and helps with my anxiety. I have been buying this for at least a year, and I love it and will continue to buy. I just wish for the price you get a 30-day supply instead of 20 days but other than that I love this product.

I am obsessed with this stuff. I take one every night 30 minutes before bed and I can tell a significant difference in my sleep. I initially bought it because it mentioned reducing cortisol levels and I can say after several months of consistent every night use it absolutely works. The strawberry and cream is my favorite flavor. I’ve tried most of the flavors (peach berry, raspberry lemonade, orange creamsicle and the blue coconut) and they’re all really good too. They are helping me with water intake, I feel rested in the morning and it is showing in my mood too. I’ve never been one to take vitamins or supplements but this stuff makes it so easy. The ingredients seem to be high quality and I know magnesium is really good for you as well. I’m not one to write many reviews but I highly recommended these.

The blue coconut flavor is refreshing. The taste reminds me of blue jello. My mind feels more quiet after I drink a serving before bedtime. I find that falling asleep and staying asleep comes easier when I have this.

Ordered the blue coconut, taste only like blue raspberry absolutely no coconut flavor. Definitely was a little disappointed, was hoping for a coconut flavor. Other than that it works great. Helps with my sleep and helps keep me chill especially since I am perimenopausal. A little pricey, but wanted to give it a try. It is no different from other brands I have purchased except they were cheaper.

This product is a GAME CHANGER! I wasn't sure if it was one of those that are hyped up and don't do anything but I actually noticed a different in restful sleep. I don't get tired through the day anymore. I've been rested enough to wake up at 5-6am and go for walks before i start my day. ONLY DOWNSIDE: I get weird dreams and I've been dreaming ALOT. every night to be exact. ive been trying to drink it everyday and so far, i love it. will be part of my routine now. the flavor i got was blue coconut and its delish!! you just put it in water and shake it (dessolves easily) and its fine to drink. also helps me drink water because Its flavorful! they come in individual packets so deff easy to use on the go.
