Quality Hawaiian fabric, 50% cotton /50% polyester, one size fits most. The length of the skirt from top waist to bottom hem is 30 inches. Waist: 26 to 45 inches (Adjustable with four rows of elastic) If you want a shorter length you can cut & hem bottom.
