This is so adorable. I bought the plaque and the stand...It was a gift for my husband's birthday this year. I felt the boy hugging his dog totallyportrayed my husband's passionate love for our dog. My husband said it was his favorite gift. This certainly touches the heart and expressesjust about everything I can say about dog-love...... I purchased all three of the Willow Tree hand painted sculpted plaques. I simply couldn’t resist. They are accurately represented on Amazon’s web page. They are small in size; perfect for displaying on a small wall space. They have a bit of a rustic charm. Simply adorable! You will want to display them in a place where they can be seen by everyone. They were adequately packaged for shipping and arrived on time.

I bought this for my first grandson who loves his dog and his dog loves him. Very nice.

Our dog passed in april. I always give my kids something special to hold onto as a manorial to a lost pet. First dog we lost was a boy and his dog willow tree and this time was this little plaque. It was perfect for our 12 year old. We wrote her name and date she passed on the back. He keeps it close. It was perfect!

Our dog drowned in April. She was my son's best buddy when he was sad and he loved to hug her. This was perfect to give him when she passed.

My sister and her partner have two dogs so I've got this plaque and the one with the little girl and dog as xmas presents. They collect willow tree and these are something a bit different - they're really lovely. A word to the wise - they don't come with the stand, but don't spend over £20 on the official willow tree stand - I got 2 metal plate stands (4 inch size) and they are absolutely perfect. They look lovely on the stand and they even fit inside the box with the plaque - bubble wrapped to avoid accidental damage. I got these - Houda 2 Pcs Decorative Iron Display Stand, Black Iron Easel Plate Display Photo Holder Stand, Displays Picture Frames, Cookbooks, Decorative Plates, Tablets and Art (4 inch, Black) - others are available, including wooden ones :)
