Honestly this is exactly what I've been looking for it's very durable, breathable, holds in place very well, very comfortable, and the size is perfect. It's very discreet under clothes while the length is really nice as it covers alot of your torso, it stretches perfectly while still having compression. It has flexibile liners for back and front support which helps a lot with giving you better posture. I've ordered two different sizes for I'm on my weight loss journey and this is the perfect waist trainer I've found so far. I highly recommend this product it makes a huge difference in my appearance and definitely helps boost confidence. The material is thick and is ribbed which was itchy against my skin. I put on a t-shirt which helped but was still uncomfortable to wear for any length of time. It has 4 vertical supports which I am guessing is designed to prevent rolling. It worked great but I could feel them against my skin. I wasn't sure what size would work best but found the best size was the same as my t-shirt size.

I'm a stout man, always had a belly. That doesn't bother me, but the last couple of years I've developed a bit of an abdominal hernia. Not enough to warrant any kind of surgery, but it started to bother me a couple months ago. Decided to try something like this, and I like it. I probably should've gone with the next size up, but once I get this on (which takes some doing!) it really helps and feels good. It tends to ride down a bit, but that can't be helped without some sort of straps/suspenders to keep it in place. I've worn it pretty much all day the last few days and it really has helped with my discomfort.

Waste of time.....feels like wearing a rubber band....hot & uncomfortable, plus no adjustments
