BEST Thai chilies
These chilies are amazing and I ordered them multiple times via Amazon. They're fiery hot and delicious in various dishes from Thai Cashew Chicken to Kung Pao Chicken/Tofu (yes, even non-Thai dishes). The last order took ages to come a year ago (I bulk order and store in the fridge) and I received a note from the supplier. Definitely would buy more in bulk again if they become available again on Amazon. dreading the day my stock runs out!

A great add to your pantry.
I used to buy these fresh at my local Farmer's Market but I moved away and fresh was not available. Although the fresh ones were cheap most went to waste. Now that I can't buy fresh I found these dried ones. They are great, work the same in a variety of dishes, and should last a long time. Three to four peppers are usually enough depending on your heat tolerance but even one gives a pleasant hot pepper flavor. This is a keeper in my pantry.

Good Spicy Sun-dried Red Chillies
The chillie is nice and spicy when cooked with South Indian dishes. It is not exactly the flavour that a South Indian is accustomed to, but a good substitute. The only downside was the time it took for the Chillies to arrive from Thailand. I live in South America. It took over 4 months to get here!

Lovely Dried Chilis for Culinary Flavor
Opening a new bag of dried peppers is always a lovely experience, and these had a robust aroma and I knew they would be a great addition to curries, stir fries, and other spicy dishes. They added a strong heat when simmered in sauces and eating them provided exactly the intense, flavorful heat I expected. I usually buy Thai chilis from the local Asian grocery nearby, but they had been out of stock there so I feel back to ordering on Amazon. I was not disappointed with these beauties.

I order these once a month...
These Thai peppers have an incredible fruity aroma that Mexican dried peppers lack. They are the best of the best. That being said, the capsaicin in these is concentrated and has longevity - meaning be careful how much you use in your dish, you might think you absolutely love super spicy food and habaneros are no big deal to you... think twice. Mexican or Caribbean peppers tend to have up-front heat and then digest well. These peppers will wake you up in the middle of the night and introduce your behind to a midnight barbecue so take it easy on the seasoning. If you are looking for a hot pepper cleanse these would be ideal, but otherwise just use a little bit and your dish will be greatly enhanced. Again the flavor is incomparable, if you are making an Asian, Indian, or Mexican dish you will fall in love with these. They ship from Thailand, order now because it takes like a month for them to get to you.
