I have purchased this cooler on 11th April 2025 and it stop working on 5th of May 2025. I have registered my complaint to customer care and they have given me assurance that it will repair in 72 hrs. But no person come to repair and we are just sleeping without this cooler in this summer. My complaint id is MHDC0905250823. My money is wasted becouse still I have to sleep in summer without cooler becouse bad service from Manufacturer. So don't buy such product from Amazon.

Great looking with sturdy built quality cooler. I wasn't expecting it to be an actual desert cooler but trust me it is. Air delivery is phenomenal even at lower speed and it does the job it's supposed to do. The only downside is the plastic smell which I am trying to get rid off. Go for it if you aren't planning to keep it inside the room w/o ventilation.
