California Garden Fava Beans Lebanese Recipe 450g (4 cans)

If you like Middle Eastern, food, or Mediterranean food, this is a good bean dish for you. They reminds me a foul mudammas I get from my favorite Middle Eastern restaurant. I just heated them and added some really good olive oil and squeezed a little lemon in them.Eat them with pita, hummus, a little tabouli salad, you could also chop fresh white onion and parsley to decorate it, I can’t find it in any grocery store that’s around here, so I was really happy that they had some thing like this on Amazon!

I love the quality of the beans and the mix. I wish they offer a package for all their flavor (1 can of each flavor) so I can try all of the flavors without buying 6 cans of a flavor I might not like.

After years of ordering fava beans with damaged cans I am delighted to see how well packaged this is. The four cans fit into the box like a glove, so there was no room for damage. The Lebanese Recipe has a sour taste. I would've preferred to add my own fresh lemon. The beans taste good when further cooked with cumin and garlic.

Consistent with a few other reviewers. Had to throw them all away as the dents were deep and sharp made them unsafe for consumption

Great taste, perfect for any meal

Though not as salty as I'd like it to be, but after making it (with mom's recipe) - it's near perfect. Same (popular) brand you'd find in the Middle East, so it's legit. A bit pricey to my liking for a perishable, but well worth the nostalgia. Vegan-friendly, light and nutritious.

I like them a lot, but they are a bit more expensive than the local store! I ordered them because I could not get to a stool that week!
