Excellent product! All the flavors taste great. Dissolves very easy in water. I even add creatine to it. Always great stuff from Sports Research.

wow…. upping the electrolyte experience. passionfruit is my favourite flavour, but as a first timer buying from them, the variety pack helped me narrow down and pick my favourite flavour out of all the other delicious ones !

Tastes good. Comparable to liquid IV sodium wise and at a lower price point. I'm happy.

Not GRITTY!!! This product is very flavorful, it does have a mild vitamin scent but is delicious. I drink 1 in the morning after my run and 1 late afternoon before my dinner. Iit has actually helped me drink more water. If you haven't tried it yet buy the pack with different flavors!! You will not regret it!!

I naturally have low salt due to medication. I often feel fatigued, have difficulty concentrating especially working long shifts as a staff nurse. I do drink 80-120oz of water a day. After realizing I was depleting my salt, I purchased these. I chose this brand as it has less sugar than other brands. I would dilute the package in a cup of warm/hot water, whisked with an fork and instantly felt more alert. These packets are the same size as other brand name single serve packages. The mixture wast tart if I didn’t add at least 8oz of warm water. Odorless. Expensive, but worth the health benefits for busy individuals. Easily dissolved in water.all flavors were good. I have purchased this several times since, pink being my favorite flavor.
