Good product, appears to be pure, that’s what it should.

I sprinkle this on my 11 yr old sheppie's food. After a couple months of use, I can say she has perked up a bit. She still has good days and some where she is really, sore, but don't we all?

I am a 64 year old male and I ride my bike 3 or 4 days a week on average 30 miles per ride. Before using glucosamine my knees would sometimes ache after riding. I started using glucosamine and it reduced those time to become very infrequent and maybe only when I am riding in the mountains. This bulk supplement is a way to significantly reduce the cost. I actually use the container I had from a much more expensive supplement and keep it on the counter so I don’t have to keep the big bag out all the time. I use about 1/3 tsp in my coffee in the morning and I don’t notice any change to the flavor of my coffee. You could add it to a smoothie, sprinkle it on food, or mix it with water I suppose, but I haven’t tried any of those because my one consistent is that I have my coffee 30 - 60 minutes after waking so it is easy to remember.

This product in conjunction with the BulkSupplements Pure MSM and BulkSupplements Pure Chondroitin Sulfate appears to be helping with a knee that was very stiff and painful. I had this bad knee for about a year. It was constant. It hurt every time I walked. It was most painful when I stood up from a seated position. It would take me a couple very slow steps to be able to actually walk on it. Very painful every day, all day. I started taking these three powders together. At first there was a slight improvement. As I adjusted my amounts I noticed more and more improvement. I finally reached a combination that has made my pains completely go away. I have been pain free now for over 6 months. I am not sure which of the three helped the most. I will be testing to see which one actually helps. Until I figure that out, I contribute my recovery to all three. My only complaint with the BulkSupplement powders is the bags that these powders come in. I have purchased bulk powders from BulkSupplements for a while now. Pretty much every bag does not re-seal. The zip locks are crap. They may work a couple times but then they are worthless. So be prepared to put these powders in some other containers. BTW...I paid full price for this product. It was not provided to me in return for a review.
