I love how the back pack came boxed. A lot of paper was stuffed in the bag to keep it in good condition. No complaints. Very durable. Back pack does not rip when books are stored. Quality and value is overall good. Great price.

don’t really like it
the quality of the bag itself is pretty ok, i love the color, the comfort could be better, thing i really don’t like is how hard it is to move the zippers on it, and its hard to really put much in it due to size on the inside and as shown in the video i had to put the camera down to zip it

Bag was used
Received a used bag. It was dirty on the inside and still had someone's belongings in it. The outside was also damaged from daily wear in multiple places. It also had no tags attached and came misshapen.
