I used this organic farro in a pear and balsamic salad, and it was absolutely perfect. The grains cooked up beautifully—tender but with that satisfying chewy bite farro is known for. It added a wonderful nutty depth that balanced the sweetness of the pears and the tang of the balsamic vinaigrette.The quality is excellent.The grains were clean, uniform, and had a fresh, earthy aroma right out of the bag. I soaked them for about 30 minutes before cooking, then simmered until tender, and they turned out perfect—no mush, no bite too hard. Just right.It worked wonderfully tossed with arugula, sliced pears, toasted walnuts, goat cheese, and a balsamic glaze. Reasonably priced, cooked quickly & delicious
I purchased this bag of farro for a harvest salad recipe. I liked it because unlike other farro products I’ve purchased this one cooked up faster. It cooked up in less than 30 minutes. The farro was reasonably priced, the texture was slightly chewy as expected and it helped my salad be perfectly delicious.

Quick, Easy Whole Grain
I got hooked on 10-minute farro when I lived in towns with Whole Foods. It’s a quick and nutritious whole grain I like to use instead of rice. Happy to be able to order it from Amazon as I can’t buy it locally.
