365 by Whole Foods Market, Pear Halves Organic, 15 Ounce

Love the zip top can! I open several cans at a time. I slice them, warm in a sauce pan with a few whole cloves and a touch of cinnamon, just until the juice thickens a bit. Put them in a jar in fridge. Yum!Highly recommend!

I use these to make smoothies which is amazing. The only reason I took a star off is due to the use of concentrate. I’m trying to get all organize and natural ingredients with no compromises.

My kids really like these. We purchase them often and they’re always good.

Yummy and organic, not super sugary

These are the best tasting organic pears I’ve ever hadIt’s difficult sometimes to find good tasting canned pears but these are wonderful

These pear halves have a good flavor. However, they often have hard parts on the pears that you have to cut away before you can eat them.

I liked that it was organic and not in light syrup but in pear and peach juice. I would like however to have indicated under ingredients the type and source of pear contained within. There are over 3000 varieties of pear worldwide, and while my guess would be anjou, based on texture and size. . .365 may source from multiple farms worldwide, and nowhere on the can does it indicate origin. It would also be nice to have a larger container, as there are only 5 pieces in a can, which means 2.5 pears. A local international market has a 1.5 litre jar of pears for 5.99, from the eurozone...but they are in "light syrup" but now that I have tried 365, I may try the euro pears for comparison. and get back to you..
