Can it take small choppy waves loaded with a cooler and fishing gear.. est 75lbs? I walk 1/2 mile along side generally flat surf to a spot.

I use mine for duck hunting on water that is usually less than mid-chest deep, and we load it pretty heavy and walk next to it with no problems. By small choppy waves, I'm assuming no whitecaps.

Could you pull this behind a small Jon boat? Towing decoys to make room in boat?

Haven't tried that, but as long as you don't load it to heavily and motor slowly towing it should work ok. I re-did the 'pull holes', reinforcing them with large washers and substituting a heavier, braided nylon rope for easier pulling by hand. However, I would test it with your decoy load before heading out the first time.

will it float? I'm looking for something to tow approx 100 lbs of camping gear behind a canoe.

It will definitely float a hundred pounds no problem. But, to make it a bit more stable. I'd attach some pool noodles to the sides

There’s 3 different sizes to choose from and if you scroll down to the details it tells you what they are. I bought the big one. Loved it so much I bought a second one.
